This is an exercise in scientific romance and adventure: alien jungles, lost civilizations, dashing explorers and scheming villains, thrilling action, lurking horror, and ancient mysteries.

- October 2177.
- The place?
- The uncharted southern continent of the fourth planet of 82 Eridani.
- The situation?
- An archaeologist of unconventional views has gone missing, and now his daughter has arrived seeking to learn his fate.
It's swashbuckling action and suspense, though not all characters may agree.1
It's a wiki, but follows a linear storyline.2
It's a mash-up of the classic Traveller Sky Raiders adventure trilogy3 and the 2300AD game setting, Frankensteined up in my basement.
It's got intellectual pretensions, but fart jokes and explosions too.

This originally appeared on the web as a play-by-wiki (PBW) game, which fizzled out due to GM lameness. Now, it's a playable campaign for you to download and use with your own gaming group, whether face to face or virtual.
Or it will be, once I finish writing plot notes into actual text.
All the material written up for the PBW incarnation of LSR will remain on this wiki, both the referee's materials and those contributed by the players. Some will become orphan pages, however; check the List All Pages link in the sidebar tag if you want to poke around there.
